2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date.
• Full payment is due 7 days before the wedding date.
•  We accept payments via credit cards and bank transfers.
•  If the full payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

 
3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding, please inform us as soon as possible.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, force majeure events, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a refund or reschedule the Services.

4. Delivery of Videos

•  We will provide the final video footage in a format agreed upon in the booking agreement (e.g., streaming links).
•  Delivery timelines will be specified in the booking agreement. While we make every effort to meet the agreed timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Copyright and Usage

•  All videos produced by us are copyrighted and remain the property of Beka Lin Productions.
•  You are granted a license to use the video footage for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing with family and friends.
•  You may not sell, license, or distribute the video footage without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

•  Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•  In the event of equipment failure, technical issues, or other unforeseen problems, our liability is limited to the refund of the service fees paid, excluding the deposit.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Indemnity
